*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team, and lead our Tomball clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy, particularly with children on the autism spectrum. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care.

*Duties*

- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals

- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on diagnostic evaluations

- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to support individuals with autism

- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Provide training and guidance to staff members working with individuals with special needs

*Experience*

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder

- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans

- Knowledge of special education practices and principles

- Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes
