Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and bilingual Program Director who is a Master Social Worker (MSW or LMSW) to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a natural team player with strong leadership skills who can effectively coordinate staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to marketing and program development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the adult daycare program
• Ensure full compliance with DOH, MLTC, NHTD and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and supervise all staff to ensure smooth, unified operations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and promote staff accountability
• Develop engaging, culturally appropriate programs for Russian-speaking seniors
• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans
• Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to grow enrollment
• Maintain professional communication with families, caregivers, and care managers
• Assist with quality assurance and regulatory audits

Qualifications:

• MSW Master Social Worker or LMSW Licensed Master Social Worker
• Fluent in Russian and English (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the elderly or in a similar setting
• Proven ability to work as a team player and coordinate multidisciplinary staff
• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or census development is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
