We are looking for a Licensed Therapist (LMHC/ LCSW) or MHC-LP to join our team to provide compassionate and effective counseling services to our clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in providing psychotherapy, as well as expertise in working with clients of all ages. Looking to hire a licensed counselor to see up to 30 patients/week. Moderately flexible caseload. The successful candidate will be able to assess the needs of each client and develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a commitment to providing quality care. Seeking an employee who is open to learning and working with new populations and engage in consistent individual/group supervision. Very supportive and collaborative practice.

W-2 and 1099 positions offered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples/family counseling.
• Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Provide counseling services to clients in crisis situations.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
