Complete Therapies L.L.C. is seeking Certified Recreational Therapists (CTRS) to become part of our growing team. We are looking for energetic and motivated therapists who want to have a positive impact on the lives of children and adults and like to manage an independent schedule, and of course work as a team! Our patients need consistent care and you will have the unique opportunity to be with them on a weekly basis. We offer a variety of services and help our therapists to find the right fit for them!

Description of the job:

Job Title: Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

Hours: Contract Position 1099 contract. Flexible hours available

Salary: Very competitive hourly rate and based on experience

Hiring Bonus: Get USD 750 when working for Complete Therapies, L.L.C. Apply Terms and Conditions.

Facility: Recreational Therapist will provide in-home and facility-based RecreationalTherapy. Reliable transportation is a must.

Area: San Antonio, TX

We are also looking for therapists to cover: Little Elm, Plano, Frisco, and Carrollton areas and/or Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area (Aledo, Grandview, S. Ft. Worth, Stephenville, Burleson) Houston, Wichita Falls, McKinney, El Paso, Abilene, and San Antonio.

Required general skills:

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Development of customized treatment plans
  • Documentation of visits and quarterly reports
  • Dependable and disciplined, yet flexible

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Covid vaccination preferred

Client Population: Complete Therapies offers Recreational Therapy to children and adults that are affected by Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Elder Care Needs, and other special needs. Recreational Therapists work with individuals to improve and restore the loss of motor, social, and cognitive functioning while promoting individuals to build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and implement skills that are learned in treatment into their daily lives. Therapy service areas vary widely and are based upon the individual’s interests. Some examples of therapy services include creative arts such as dance and music; partaking in sports, outdoor activities, and leisure education such as reading.
