Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides support to individual clients (“learners”) and their families by coordinating and delivering ABA services in our clinic setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive behavior assessments and developing both skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Job Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides support to individual clients (“learners”) and their families by coordinating and providing ABA services in the clinic setting. Common activities include completing comprehensive behavior assessments, developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction, including adaptive life skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments using tools such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, and others as appropriate
- Maintain a caseload, including:
- Writing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing skill acquisition, social skills, and behavior reduction programs
- Developing adaptive life skills goals
- Supervise RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Collaborate with the treatment team
- Participate in weekly or bi-weekly team meetings
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and EHR standards
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers to promote consistency across settings
- Provide caregiver training to support generalization of ABA strategies
- Stay informed on current ABA research and maintain certification through continuing education
- Attend required IBH and community trainings to remain in compliance with relevant standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
