Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Personal MedSure Coordinator (PMC). The successful candidate will have flexibility with their schedule, excellent time management skills, the ability to work within a HIPAA-compliant environment, and the ability to manage daily tasks independently. This remote position offers growth potential and a weekly schedule of 20 to 30 hours. The start date for this position is May 12, 2025.
Responsibilities:
As a MedSure PMC, your role is integral to our patient engagement. You will need the ability to
- Engage empathetically with senior patients to help assist with MedSure services and resolve concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent communication and support.
- One-on-one engagement with MedSures partner pharmacy.
- Utilize technology effectively to manage tasks and coordinate schedules.
- Maintain detailed and consistent patient records, and manage scheduling using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Outlook.
- Internally collaborate with the team to meet company goals and ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Using technology, including phone, desktop applications, Google Sheets, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Amazon Workspace, and must be confident.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to independently manage a calendar and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Work Independently: Self-starter with the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to connect with seniors with empathy and professionalism.
- Task-Oriented: Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through to complete assignments.
- Medical or pharmaceutical experience, familiarity with senior care, or medication management (e.g., medical assistant, pharmaceutical technician) is a plus.
