Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and special education.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Proficiency in patient assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and record-keeping practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating patience and understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,336.00 - $85,000.00 per year
