Our prestigious law firm in Coral Gables, FL—serving the greater Miami-Dade area—is seeking a top-tier Estate Planning Paralegal to support our attorneys and provide a white-glove experience to our valued clients.

In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll play an integral part in guiding clients through the estate planning process with empathy, professionalism, and expert communication. You’ll work closely with attorneys to deliver customized, high-quality legal solutions that reflect our firm’s commitment to excellence.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the estate planning process.
  • Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Field face-to-face meetings including design, drafting, and closing.
  • Draft estate planning and administration documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle client and financial institution calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively manage workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Consistently achieve key performance metrics, including data management and binder preparation.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in trust and estate planning.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Paralegal certification is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare and review legal documents with accuracy.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach.
  • Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
