Overview:

BCI is currently seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to join our team!
The Advanced Behavior Technician provides behavioral intervention to children with autism and their families in a variety of settings.

For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.
Responsibilities:
  • Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Receive support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Introduce and run Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs developed by BCBAs.
  • Work with kids in one of our centers or in client homes with a focus on activities they naturally do (play!)
  • Receive extensive training to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create lasting change for our kids and their families.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Must have reliable transportation or easily access public transportation
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • You must have experience working with children; nanny, childcare, teaching, camp counselor
