Key Responsibilities:

Supervise clinical staff and interns to ensure high-quality service delivery
Lead training programs for foster parents and staff
Provide evaluations, individual counseling, and group therapy
Ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards
Report to the Program Director and provide ongoing feedback

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
5+ years of experience in client services (preferably in child welfare or mental health)
Active independent clinical licensure: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT

Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
