- Supervise clinical staff and interns to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Lead training programs for foster parents and staff
- Provide evaluations, individual counseling, and group therapy
- Ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards
- Report to the Program Director and provide ongoing feedback
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- 5+ years of experience in client services (preferably in child welfare or mental health)
- Active independent clinical licensure: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
