We’re currently looking for a Assembly Supervisor to help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with cutting-edge equipment, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations for the assembly and drilling departments.
• Supervise a team of 30 to 40 employees, including two team leads, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Organize and assign work based on production needs and adjust to changing priorities as needed.
• Lead daily meetings, share updates with your team, and communicate key information across departments.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions to streamline production processes.
• Support onboarding, integration, and ongoing training of team members.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor the use of equipment and ensure team members have the tools they need to succeed.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• College diploma in Production Management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S principles (an asset).
• Proficiency with SAP or other digital production systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Availability to work either of the following shifts:
  1. Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  2. Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  3. Occasional Saturdays may be required (5:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
