As a Behaviorl Technician, you will embark on a rewarding journey to provide one-on-one intervention to teach communication, social, and daily living skills to reduce challenging behaviors in the home, community, and school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing custom-designed treatment plans that truly change the lives of children with autism.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of each client's progress and treatment plans by collecting and reporting critical data using our advanced technology tools.
• Communicate professionally with clients and their families
• Directly implement services in the designated setting(s) (school, home, community) as set by your supervisor.
• Modify performances based on feedback provided by your supervisor and insurance provider.
• Attend initial and continued trainings as directed by the agency or company
• Maintain client confidentiality according to protocol.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality laws and professionalism at all times.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
