MOBILE HOME REHAB TECHNICIAN POSITION PURPOSE:

MOBILE HOME REHAB TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Interior and Exterior Repairs

  • Perform painting for both interiors and exteriors
  • Install, repair, and finish drywall
  • Install insulation to ensure energy efficiency

Carpentry and Structural Work

  • Conduct general framing, trim work, and carpentry
  • Install and repair siding, skirting, and underpinning
  • Replace and install windows and doors

Plumbing and Electrical Work

  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and water heaters
  • Perform minor electrical work such as replacing outlets, installing light fixtures, and troubleshooting basic wiring issues

Flooring and Final Touches

  • Install and repair flooring, including vinyl, laminate, tile, and carpet
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards before home completion

MOBILE HOME REHAB TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Prior experience in home remodeling, construction, or mobile home rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and flooring
  • Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
  • Basic hand and power tools preferred (company provides necessary materials and equipment)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Valid driver's license and clean background required
  • On call for emergency maintenance as needed and must be available by cell phone.
