Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Professional to join our team. Duties

• Deliver patient care with empathy and professionalism, ensuring the well-being of clients.

• Implement behavior management strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client..
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with ICD-9 coding and its application in treatment planning.
• Background in geriatrics or special education is highly desirable.
• Skills in behavior management and addiction counseling are preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in therapy.
