Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing, Outreach and New Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to enhance our organization's visibility and engagement within the community and new client retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively promote our initiatives and foster partnerships.
Duties
- Support communication and marketing priorities and activities. Maintain detailed databases of marketing projects and results with scheduled reporting to Administration. Develop and execute marketing plans for growth of current and new programs and campaigns
- Provide calendar of marketing events including community engagement and referral relations. Contribute ideas for market expansion.
- Work with the firm’s Marketing Vendor and oversee the firm’s social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites in the promotion of the firm’s visibility and reputation.
- Manage creative development and marketing objectives in consultation with firm Administration. These include radio and billboard campaigns. Assist team with content creation for all marketing channels. Write for a diverse audience in English and Spanish.
- Market and outreach to potential referral sources. Educate potential referral sources regarding firm’s services and generate leads.
- Adhere to budgets and provide projected budgets based upon marketing calendar.
- Respond to and manage initial prospective client requests for services whether by telephone, text, in person or website chat; assess initial viability of case per the firm’s case-acceptance criteria and assign new clients to appropriate team. Maintain records of all phases of the intake process.
- Contribute to the overall functioning of the firm, performing a range of duties to improve efficiency. These tasks may include identifying areas of improvement in the organization, supplying feedback to employees on performance or creating new policies and procedures. Specific duties include training new hires on the firm’s software systems, customer service, and client intakes.
- Administer customer review program to encourage client reviews and optimize stellar client feedback.
- Plan and execute staff events.
- Support firm in achieving results that positively impact the communities we serve.
Preferred Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is .
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in professional services marketing, preferably legal marketing.
- High degree of computer and software fluency, and natural inclination to experiment, learn, and assess new case management and marketing software.
- Familiarity with corporate social media management and ability to create content that aligns with brand values.
- Ability to create compelling marketing materials using Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or premier Pro, or other creative software.
- Proficient in Google AdWords and Google Analytics for tracking and understanding website traffic.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Self-starter and problem solver with collaborative mindset.
- Compassion, patience, and desire to guide the firm’s prospective wrongly injured clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
