As we grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Medical Biller to help manage and optimize our out-of-network billing processes across multiple specialties. What You'll Do: In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring timely and accurate billing for out-of-network claims. You’ll work closely with our billing and healthcare teams to submit claims, resolve issues, and ensure full compliance with payer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Out-of-Network Billing: Manage the billing process for out-of-network claims, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Claims Processing: Submit claims, track reimbursements, and handle denials or appeals when necessary. Team Collaboration: Work with clinical and administrative staff to resolve discrepancies and support the clean claims process. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot billing issues and assist in identifying areas for workflow improvement. What We’re Looking For: Experience in out-of-network medical billing and insurance claims management. Solid understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and payer-specific billing guidelines. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
