Soliant Education is seeking a full-time BCBA in South Holland, IL for the current school year. This position focuses on behavioral assessments and team collaboration, with no direct ABA therapy.

• Location: South Holland, IL

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Pay Range: $45-$55 per hour (depending on experience)

• Caseload: Typically around 15 students, fluctuating based on referrals

• Duties:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide classroom team consultations

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavioral strategies

• BCBA Certification (Illinois)

• Experience in school-based settings preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
