School Social Worker (25/26 SY) Gurnee, IL

Soliant Education is working with a school district in the Gurnee, IL area to hire a dedicated School Social Worker for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive district and make a positive impact in the lives of elementary students.

Position Details:

• Location: Gurnee, IL

• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday

• School Hours: 7:40 AM 3:10 PM

• Caseload: Elementary school

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Illinois PEL with a School Social Worker endorsement

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional support to students

• Collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies

• Support student IEP goals and participate in team meetings

• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment

Compensation:

• Hourly pay range: $40$55+/hr, depending on experience

• Weekly pay, benefits available for full-time contractors
