Position Summary:
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of behavior therapists to ensure they are providing high-quality services to clients with autism. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and community members to support clients in achieving their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in professional development activities
- Manage a team of behavior therapists to provide leadership, growth, and guidance
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current state licensure as a behavior analyst
- Strong clinical skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- At least one year of experience supervising behavior therapists/RBTs
Salary: now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!
