Essential Requirements

• Possess a **Valid New York State MHC-LP** or meet the eligibility requirements to obtain one (required)
• Master's Degree in Mental Health (required)
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills
• High work ethic, coupled with a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, managing weekly sessions and treatment
• Conduct initial intakes
• Complete SOAP notes for each session
• Efficiently manage client scheduling, openings, and cancellations
• Maintain a private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions
• Engage in weekly reporting and learning with your supervisor
