Dental Patient Care Coordinator (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Oral Surgery & Dental Implants Center is a newly-established oral surgery practice building something special — a modern, relationship-driven dental experience centered around clinical excellence, elevated service, and long-term patient relationships.

We are seeking a confident, organized, and growth-minded Dental Patient Care Coordinator who understands that this role is the heartbeat of the practice. This is more than answering phones. This is about leadership at the front desk — creating trust, presenting value, managing systems, and helping patients move forward with care.

As our practice grows, this position has strong potential to expand into a Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager role.

The Ideal Candidate Is:

  • Experienced in dental front desk or treatment coordination
  • Confident presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
  • Strong with PPO insurance breakdowns, downgrades, waiting periods, and benefit verification
  • Comfortable discussing comprehensive treatment
  • Detail-oriented with payment posting and account accuracy
  • Organized, proactive, and accountable
  • Polished, professional, and hospitality-minded
  • Growth-oriented and team-focused
  • Familiar with CareStack (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience & Communication

  • Warmly greet and check in patients
  • Manage incoming calls with confidence and clarity
  • Create an exceptional first and last impression

Scheduling & Flow

  • Optimize the schedule for productivity and efficiency
  • Confirm appointments and manage recall systems
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment

Financial & Insurance Coordination

  • Verify insurance benefits thoroughly
  • Present financial estimates clearly and confidently
  • Offer payment solutions and financing options
  • Collect and post payments accurately
  • Support claims coordination and account accuracy

Treatment Acceptance & Growth

  • Present and reinforce treatment recommendations
  • Track outstanding treatment and follow up strategically
  • Support daily production goals
  • Help patients say YES to their health

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus potential
  • Supportive, growth-focused team culture
  • Modern systems and technology
  • Clear opportunity for advancement as the practice grows

If you are passionate about oral surgery, value professionalism and accountability, and want to help build a thriving, patient-centered practice — we would love to meet you.
