Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with ASD? New Patterns ABA is hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in the comfort of our clients' homes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an RBT at Patterns ABA, you'll work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by BCBAs. You'll play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills that transform their lives.

✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implement ABA programs in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients and their families
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions regularly
• Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
