Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) – In-Person Assessments | Seattle, WA | 1099 Independent Contractor

Counseling Services for Wellbeing (CSFW) is a Seattle-based multidisciplinary outpatient practice. We are seeking one licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide in-person psychological evaluations and therapy. This 1099 contractor role offers professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and estimated annual earnings of $100,000–$200,000+, depending on hours and clinical mix (20–40 clinical hours/week).

Psychologists provide comprehensive assessments including autism spectrum evaluations (ADOS strongly preferred), ADHD evaluations, learning and psychoeducational assessments, and complex diagnostic clarification. Therapy services are optional. Clinicians provide and maintain their own testing instruments and materials.

CSFW supports your practice with consistent referrals from providers, schools, and community partners, plus administrative, billing, and EHR support. Join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality care.

Qualifications: PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Washington State licensure (or eligible), APA-accredited program graduate, and experience in psychological assessment and report writing. Candidates must practice independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
