Job Description

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a nationally recognized leader in physical therapy, balance, and fall prevention. We’re passionate about helping people move better, live stronger, and stay independent.

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Liaison to support and grow our clinics in Baton Rouge and Prairieville. This role focuses on community outreach, physician and referral-source relationships, and brand visibility. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
Conduct in-person marketing visits and follow-ups within assigned territory
Represent FYZICAL at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Coordinate marketing initiatives with clinic leadership and administration
Track outreach efforts and referral activity- On Outfield App.
Support brand awareness and growth across all assigned locations
Travel regularly between Baton Rouge and Prairieville
Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain accurate expense accounts
Monitor and report on set KPIs

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, and/or business development is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently and on the road
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Familiarity with the local Louisiana healthcare market is a plus
