What You’ll Do

Under the guidance of the Administrator and/or House Manager, you will:

• Provide direct care and skills training based on each client’s IPP
• Support daily living activities including hygiene, meals, medication assistance, and routines
• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Engage clients in recreational, social, and community activities
• Observe, document, and report client behaviors, health concerns, and incidents
• Attend medical appointments and resident conferences as required
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation per Regional Center requirements
• Apply behavior support strategies and attend required trainings
• Celebrate milestones and special events like birthdays and holidays
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, medical professionals, and the care team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.90 - $23.00 per hour
