Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. You will conduct psychological assessments, deliver evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and psychological testing, to inform treatment planning.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral health interventions.
  • Manage crisis situations through effective crisis intervention techniques, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate patient care, review medical records, and document treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, fostering professional development within the team.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans for patients with diverse needs including autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, disabilities, geriatrics, pediatrics, and social work cases.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care strategies accordingly.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in child & family counseling, working with children and adolescents in various settings such as schools or clinics.
  • Proven ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention techniques.
  • Strong background in hospital or inpatient/outpatient mental health environments.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and group therapy.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote patient care delivery.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient confidentiality.
  • Experience conducting psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations for diverse populations including individuals with autism or disabilities.
  • Skilled in patient assessment, intake procedures, and behavioral health treatment planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams across settings such as schools, hospitals, or community clinics.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred to support team growth and quality assurance efforts. Pay: $122,790.87 - $147,877.17 per year
