Houston Bilingual Psychology is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and growth-oriented Texas Licensed Psychologist, LSSP’s, Licensed Psychological Associates and Licensed therapists to join our expanding clinical team.
For nearly 40 years, our practice has served children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout the Houston area. We are a well-established bilingual practice with longstanding relationships within the medical, educational, and behavioral health communities.
Following the post-pandemic transition in healthcare, we are actively rebuilding and strengthening our team with clinicians who value quality care, professionalism, teamwork, leadership development, and long-term professional growth.
This is not a high-volume corporate setting.We intentionally maintain a healthy clinical environment designed to protect both patient care quality and clinician well-being.
OUR PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY:
- We do NOT believe in overbooking patients
- Patient wait times are typically maintained at 10 minutes or less
- We prioritize preserving the emotional and physical well-being of our clinicians
- Providers are generally scheduled for approximately 6–8 patients per day
- Our goal is to PREVENT burnout and create long-term professional sustainability for our staff
We strongly believe that healthy clinicians provide better patient care and build stronger therapeutic relationships.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Is licensed in Texas (PhD or PsyD)

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
