Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The QMHP/Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of mental health programs, providing direct client care, coordinating services, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized service plans, supervising program staff, and ensuring quality assurance. This role will also involve engaging with clients, families, and community partners to advocate for comprehensive mental health support as well as presentations during outreach events.


Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills, including conducting assessments, developing service plans, and providing direct mental health support
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Experience in program management, staff coordination, and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in client advocacy and building relationships with community partners
  • Excellent organizational, tome management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Knowledge of mental health regulations, and compliance standards is preferred
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) certification or eligibility is required
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
  • Outreach and event engagement experience.
