Role Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy while working closely with BCBAs who remain actively involved in programming and clinical support.
Your work will focus on helping clients build communication, daily living, social, and behavioral skills through individualized treatment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Collect accurate session data and maintain clinical integrity
- Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to support client progress
- Participate in supervision, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support
- Help maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment
Qualifications
Required
- Active RBT certification through the BACB
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work within a supportive team environment
- Background check clearance
- Previous ABA therapy experience
Preferred
More than 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental needs
