Position Description
The Director of Clinic reports to the Clinical Director and is responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative operations of the assigned clinic/ area. This role requires consistent on-site presence during clinic hours to provide leadership, support staff, and ensure smooth clinic operations. The Clinic Director serves as the primary clinical leader within the clinic, overseeing service delivery, supervising BCBAs and RBTs, and ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services.
The Clinic Director also serves as a key point of contact for families, fostering open, professional communication while supporting a safe, collaborative, and well-managed clinic environment for both clients and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Experience overseeing multiple clinicians, RBTs, or teams within a clinic setting preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools (VB-MAPP, Vineland, FBA), and treatment plan development.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills with the ability to manage and motivate clinical staff.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain clinical caseload while providing oversight and support to staff.
- Commitment to ethical practices, professional boundaries, and compliance with BACB and company standards.
- Proficiency with data systems (e.g., Central Reach) and documentation compliance.
- Ability to work on site during clinic hours.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
