Key Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated patient advocate, accompanying clients to medical visits to ensure clear communication and timely care coordination.
- Partner with physicians, specialists, and physical therapists to establish, monitor, and progress realistic recovery goals.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify potential barriers to recovery and implement proactive solutions.
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and serve as the central liaison between the medical team, employer, and insurance adjusters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care, orthopedics, occupational health, or rehabilitation background is highly valued).
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Certifications: CCM, CRRN, or CDMS certifications are a significant plus, but not required.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus an incentive program.
