NOW HIRING: Psychiatrist (PSYT) — 6-Month Contract | Chowchilla, CA

NCW Staffing is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist (PSYT) for a 6‑month assignment (or until filled) at a California State Correctional facility in Chowchilla. This role involves providing inpatient level of care and requires comfort working in a secure facility environment.

Assignment Details

• Contract Length: 27 weeks
• Start: As soon as credentialed
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm OPEN to 4/10s Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 7am-5pm

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must meet all the following:

• Current California Psychiatrist License
• Minimum 1 year of Psychiatry experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Active DEA license
• Malpractice Insurance
