Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in St. Peters, Missouri.

POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Hybrid BCBA role focused on Applied Behavior Analysis services, assessments, treatment planning, and clinical supervision

SCHEDULE
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • 8:30 AM-4:30 PM hours
  • Hybrid work structure
  • 2 in-office days weekly
  • 3 remote workdays weekly
  • 28 weekly billable hour expectation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base salary: $75,000-$85,000+ annually
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • $50/hour for billable hours exceeding 28 weekly

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent training and family support
  • Maintain compliance and high clinical standards
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
  • Active Missouri BCBA licensure REQUIRED
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification REQUIRED
  • Master’s degree or higher in related field REQUIRED
  • Comfortable working both remotely and in-clinic REQUIRED
  • Experience supervising RBTs REQUIRED
  • Strong ABA treatment planning and assessment skills REQUIRED
  • Commitment to compliance and clinical quality standards REQUIRED
