FlexStaff is hiring full-time BCBAs for a leading provider of pediatric therapy and autism services across the New York Metropolitan area, including Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley. Responsibilities include conducting assessments for children with ASD, developing behavior intervention plans, creating measurable goals, supervising behavior therapists, reviewing session notes, analyzing data, and ensuring caregiver involvement. BCBAs will also conduct reassessments, communicate with families and team members, maintain confidentiality, and provide training and content creation. Requirements include a Master’s degree in relevant fields, BCBA and LBA credentials, at least one year of supervision experience, passion for ABA, and availability afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
