Seeking ambitious Associate Analysts at our Deer Valley Learning Center to advance their careers, collaborate with behavior analysts, and make a positive impact on children’s lives. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs in a BCBA capacity, performing up to 30 hours of BCBA-related tasks, providing 10 hours of direct therapy, supporting new hire training, and developing RBT staff. Qualifications include a Master's in a related field, pending BCBA certification within a year, behavioral health knowledge, and supervisory experience preferred. Must follow ethical standards, HIPAA policies, have reliable transportation, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
