The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct behavioral therapy focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, educators, and professionals, collect and analyze data to monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA. Responsibilities also include educating caregivers, participating in professional development, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.Requirements include Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), experience with developmental disabilities, proficiency in data collection, knowledge of special education and medical protocols, strong communication skills, and adherence to ethical standards and HIPAA guidelines.
