The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides support to individuals and families through services in Applied Behavior Analysis, assessments, behavior procedures, and adaptive skills. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields, a Professional Educator License, and BCBA certification; ABA experience is preferred. Responsibilities encompass modeling instruction, developing behavior plans, training staff and families, data collection, and collaboration with teams. Skills required include behavior management, communication, organization, and knowledge of DTT. Physical demands involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting. The role is exempt, based on a 190-day schedule, with compensation outlined in the Related Service Agreement. Performance is evaluated per district policy, and accommodations are provided per ADA.
