Experteer Overview In this role, you will deliver pediatric neuropsychological assessments and diagnostics to support children and adolescents with diverse neurodevelopmental, medical, and psychological needs. You will work within the Neurodevelopmental Services Program, collaborating with psychologists, neuropsychologists, and pediatricians to inform care plans. A key focus is partnering with the Cancer and Blood Disorders program and Survivorship Clinic to monitor treatment effects and guide families. You will have opportunities for research, teaching, and community engagement in a mission-driven pediatric system. Compensation / Benefits • Perform comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and synthesize results • Provide feedback and guidance to caregivers, referring providers, and educational teams • Collaborate with the Cancer and Blood Disorders team and Survivorship Clinic to monitor treatment effects • Develop tailored recommendations to support patients and families throughout treatment and survivorship • Engage in research opportunities with oncology-related teams and contribute to teaching/community outreach Tasks • Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) • APA-accredited internship completing • Two-year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology • Licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota • Experience with diverse pediatric populations and neurodevelopmental conditions • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Preferred: Board certification or eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology Key requirements • medical, dental, vision • retirement benefits • other fringe benefits • potential shift differentials for night/weekend/on-call work
