At Beelieve Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to help children BEE the BEST they can BEE through evidence-based, FUN, and compassionate care. We are a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to children and families in our community.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused New Patient Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is often the very first impression families have of Beelieve, making it an incredibly important part of creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Guide new families through the intake and onboarding process
• Schedule evaluations and analyze schedule to find ongoing appointments
• Review referrals and intake paperwork for accuracy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Communicate with families, physicians, and referral sources
• Follow up on missing documentation and coordinate next steps
• Collaborate closely with scheduling, therapists and administrative teams
• Help create a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for all families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
