Clinics of North Texas is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Counselor to join our growing, physician-owned multi-specialty clinic. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong support from primary care and specialty providers.Position Overview:The Mental Health Counselor will provide high-quality mental health services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of behavioral health conditions. This role plays a key part in supporting whole-person care within our integrated clinic setting.Schedule:Monday – Friday | Full-Time | No weekendsResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and/or group counselingCollaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EMREducate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategiesQualifications:Licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)Strong clinical assessment and counseling skillsExcellent communication and documentation skillsWhat We Offer:Supportive, team-oriented environmentEstablished patient base within a multi-specialty clinicMonday–Friday schedule for work-life balanceAbout Us:Clinics of North Texas is a physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic serving Wichita Falls and surrounding communities.
