We’re not your average Autism therapy crew. SOS is a national franchise that does things a little differently — think nautical-themed centers, play-based therapy, real field trips, and zero boring vibes. We serve up ABA, Speech Therapy, OT, and Social Skills classes in-clinic, in-home, and in schools. And yes, we’ve got a live parent viewing room — because transparency is kind of our thing.

Job Description:

• Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:00pm - 6:30pm
• Acting Quality Assurance Officer
• Acting Ethics Officer
• Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response
• Weekly Meetings with BCBAs
• Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support
• Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
• Create Individualized, research-based client programs
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
• Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
• Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
• Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
• Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
• Train Interns and Trainers
• Respond to Insurance Audits
• Safety Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BACB Certification
• BLS / CPR certification
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
