Innovative Behavior Options is a trusted, family-owned provider of in-home, center-based, and school-based ABA therapy for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. We’ve proudly served the Metro Atlanta area since 2005 — and we’re growing!

We’re currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy services in Cumming and Alpharetta, GA. If you’re passionate about helping others and are looking for a career path in ABA, we want to meet you.

Position Details

  • Location: Sessions take place in homes, schools, community settings, and our IBO centers.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:00 AM-6PM, typically 3–5 days/week
  • Session Length: Typically 2–5 hours per session
  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Pay Range: $24–$30/hour, based on experience and credentials

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision
  • Accurately collect data and follow measurement protocols
  • Communicate with caregivers and team members professionally
  • Travel to clients’ homes, schools, daycare centers, or clinics as assigned
  • Maintain appropriate physical activity levels (may include lifting up to 50 lbs or kneeling for extended periods)

Requirements

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Prior experience in ABA, Autism support, or behavioral healthcare
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Proof of auto insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 48 college credit hours
  • CPR/First Aid Certification, or willingness to complete in-person training
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism
