Good Health Psychiatric Services is a growing outpatient mental health practice serving patients throughout New York. We are looking for a full-time LMSW to join our collaborative team. This is a fully remote role with strong administrative support and consistent patient referrals, so you can focus on delivering quality care.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Location: Remote (New York LMSW license required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $68,000/year
  • Productivity Bonus: Up to $1,000/month
  • Weekly supervision included (eligible for LCSW hours)
  • PTO
  • No self-marketing required

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in weekly supervision
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and care team
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Active New York LMSW license (required)
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills
  • Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or mood disorders preferred
  • Commitment to professional growth and collaborative care
