Bel Air Home is a 6-bed residential mental health treatment program in West Los Angeles dedicated to promoting healing, stability, and emotional well-being. We serve adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and related mental health conditions in a safe, supportive environment.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director/Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and supervise clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with DSS/CCL, DHCS, and Joint Commission standards
- Supervise associate therapists (AMFT/ACSW)
- Audit clinical documentation and charts for quality assurance
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff training
- Support crisis management and remain available for occasional after-hours calls
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure client safety, satisfaction, and successful completion of treatment
Qualifications
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD
- Licensed for a minimum of 2 years
- Previous experience as a Program Director, Clinical Director, or Primary Therapist in a residential mental health or SUD treatment setting
- Strong knowledge of DSS/CCL, DHCS, and Joint Commission regulations
- Experience supervising clinical staff and maintaining compliance standards
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Schedule
- Flexible part-time schedule
- On-call availability required for emergencies
- Remote work with occasional on-site response if needed

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
