Duties

  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, medical staff, and caregivers—to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient progress, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions and adherence to best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with advancements in behavioral health, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
  • Demonstrated expertise in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Prior experience conducting patient assessments, data collection, and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation processes, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings is preferred.
  • Experience working within special education environments or behavioral health clinics is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Join us as a BCBA Specialist and become a vital part of transforming lives through innovative behavioral interventions! We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where your expertise can thrive while making a lasting impact on the individuals we serve.
