Are you passionate about working with children and making a lasting impact on their lives? Do you dream of being part of a supportive team that is dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential? If you have a genuine love for working with kids and a strong desire to contribute to their progress, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Bloom Therapy is committed to providing exceptional care and support to children with special needs. We believe in creating an environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow. Our team is filled with compassionate individuals who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of the children we serve.

Job Description:
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children one-on-one, providing hands-on support to help them overcome skill deficits and behavior challenges. You will implement individualized treatment plans created by Behavior Analysts to promote positive behavior, teach new skills, and address a range of developmental needs.

At Bloom Therapy, we are play-based, assent-based, and child-led; which means sessions are built around mutual respect, meaningful engagement, and the child’s interests. We prioritize dignity, joy, and autonomy in every interaction.

Your responsibilities will include working with clients to improve communication, social skills, adaptive behaviors, and independent living skills, while also introducing functional alternatives to maladaptive behavior and other areas as outlined in their treatment plans.

A key part of your role will involve collecting data on client progress to monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans. You will track client behaviors, responses to interventions, and skill acquisition, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. This data will help guide adjustments to treatment plans and contribute to the overall success of each client.

You will have the opportunity to develop and refine your skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and make a direct impact on the progress of the children you work with. At Bloom Therapy, we believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where you’ll receive guidance, training, and mentorship to help you succeed in your role and create the best possible outcomes for the children we serve.
