About Horizon Bridge
Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy is a center-based pediatric ABA practice serving children age 7 and under in Bloomington, MN. We deliver Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services under the Minnesota Health Care Programs and commercial payers. We are a small, focused team that prioritizes clinical quality, documentation integrity, and treating both staff and families with respect.
The Opportunity
We are adding a part-time BCBA / QSP to our growing clinical team. This role is well-suited for an experienced behavior analyst looking for supplemental clinical work in a structured, well-run program — whether you are at a larger agency and want flexibility, returning from leave, in private practice and want clinical hours, or simply prefer part-time work over full-time.
You will work alongside our Clinical Director, provide supervision and oversight to Behavior Technicians, contribute to clinical assessments and treatment planning, and serve as QSP of record for a subset of clients as caseload and clinical fit allow.
What You Will Do
- Provide BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians consistent with BACB, DHS, and EIDBI standards Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) development Serve as QSP of record for assigned clients (caseload sized to your weekly availability) Support reauthorization documentation and clinical justification for services Participate in clinical team meetings and program development Deliver parent training and family-focused interventions as clinically indicated
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (BACB) in good standing Active Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)— required for all BCBAs providing EIDBI services in Minnesota per MN Stat 148.9981, effective 1/1/2025 EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) qualifications per MN Stat 256B.0949 subd 5 Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Eligible to clear MN background study (NETStudy 2.0) Eligible for W-2 employment in the United States Comfortable working in-person at our Bloomington center
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as QSP at a Minnesota EIDBI agency Experience with Passage Health EHR Experience with Acentra Health authorization workflows Experience supervising Behavior Technicians through the RBT credentialing process
