You will serve as the primary point of contact for families considering this educational path.

Your weekly responsibilities include responding promptly to incoming inquiries, supporting families throughout the admissions journey, and guiding them from curiosity to confirmed enrollment. You will also attend local community events on behalf of Unbound Academy to cultivate new interest and expand visibility within your region. During quieter enrollment periods, you will assist with operational functions while remaining prepared for the next admissions cycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Reaching out to inbound leads within a 24-hour window and beginning admissions discussions via phone
• Describing Unbound Academy's virtual structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up practices to advance families from initial inquiry through application and into enrollment
• Documenting every interaction within a CRM, including detailed notes, scheduled next actions, and pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment activities in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and generate prospective leads
  
  

• Allowing incoming leads to sit unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning within a high-volume call center framework
• Participating in events without actively engaging in presentations or lead generation efforts
• Dedicating most of your time to back-office duties during periods of active enrollment activity

Basic Requirements

• Located in Arizona with availability for hybrid work arrangements
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing position
• Background working with children or families (examples include schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related settings)
• Confident conducting regular phone outreach and supporting families through multi-phase procedures
• Effective verbal communication abilities with a talent for quickly establishing trust
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems

• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
