Therapist - Substance Use Disorders (LLMSW, LMSW, LLP, LLPC, LPC)

SUD Therapist (LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP, LLPC/LPC with CAADC) needed to join our team in Paw Paw.

SUD Therapists:

• Provide assessment and crisis response services for customers in need of or requesting SUD services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate individualized treatment and interventions.
• Provide crisis services, including counseling, linking, coordinating or referrals to other appropriate community agencies.
• Conduct SUD IOP services as needed.
• Collect customer urine samples and process in accordance with established procedures.
• Complete Review of Services/Request for Authorization forms and obtain any needed authorization for services.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with appropriate state licensure and appropriate MCBAP certification as Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor.
• Experience or supervised internship in therapy or counseling.
• Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills and ability to respond to crisis situations in a positive manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to be punctual, manage time and crisis situations flexibly & effectively, and demonstrate good judgment.
• Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Medical Record system.

Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri) available.
