Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to foster meaningful progress and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency across settings and support client goals.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and medical documentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment summaries.
  • Ensure patient care is delivered ethically, compassionately, and in accordance with all relevant laws and guidelines.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods, analyzing behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and medical records management.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments effectively and conduct diagnostic evaluations within a clinical setting.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
